FREE AREA UPDATE: "The Twelve Days of Twistmas"

Postby Doctor Robo » December 25th, 2010, 8:09 am

Season’s greetings everyone!

In that has become a bit of a tradition here at MCcomix.com, we are proud to present our annual ‘Twistmas’ comic FREE to all of our wonderful supporters as well as those who may be visiting for the very first time. This year’s story is titled “The Twelve Days of Twistmas”, and it doesn’t take a mad scientist to figure out where we’re going with this one!

Before you read the story, I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the all-star cast of artists who have pitched in to help make this little project a reality. They include:

Finister Foul (http://finister.deviantart.com)
Trishbot (http://trishbot.deviantart.com)
MCtek (http://mctek.deviantart.com)
Shono (http://shono.deviantart.com)
Sleepymaid (http://sleepymaid.deviantart.com)
Begbie Rentonspud (http://begbierentonspud.deviantart.com)

These fine folks have donated their precious time and talent so we could bring this story to you during our vacation week, so please take a moment to check out their personal web pages and see what other great art they have to share!

Thanks again for your great support over the past year. Happy Holidays from us at MCcomix.com, and here’s to a great 2011!

Fantastic work, everyone! Can you give us a breakdown of which artists did what pages? Some of the work I recognized, but some I did not, like the 11 Robounits (which was very nice!).

Anyway, I loved it, and it was nice seeing the different art styles and each artist's interpretations of characters we've seen through different eyes previously.

Howdy!

Just wanted to say it was an honor to have played a part in this little project and seeing everyone else's work, as well. This is where the talent is, in my opinion (and I most certainly am not talking about myself. :P) Here's to MC Comix and more great stories and art in 2011.

This was an absolutely wonderful Christmas gift, and showed very nicely just how much hot goodness and fun there is in the world(s) that have been created here! A very well done indeed to everyone involved, and I hope you all have yourselves a great time over the holidays, as you've certainly earned it! (Many times over!) :)
